*All new colour clients require a full consultation with your desired stylist and a patch test 48 hours before any colouring service.

All of our new colour clients must have a consultation with their desired stylist before any service is offered.
We required 48 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If this is under 48 hours, you will be charge 50% of your appointment time cost.
Please be aware if your late for your appointment, we may not be able to carry out the whole service, however you will still be charged for the full appointment.
If you are 10 - 15mins late for your appointment, we reserve right to cancel the appointment. This will then be classed as a late cancellation and the 50% fee will be applied.
